Kim Sun Young Beauty Salon

A Korean place you can get your hair cut just the way you want it. The only problem is that the stylist don't speak fluent english therefore, costing miscommunication and can ruin your hair that you wanted. This problem doesn't really occur though just make sure you bring a picture of the hair along and they will do it until you think it's at a point where perfection is done.

When I moved down to Southern Cali, I had to find a new hairstylist. I went to several salons recommended by friends, but I wasn't happy until I visited this place, which was also recommended by one of my friends. The stylist who did my hair that day, knew exactly how to style my hair. I am very picky but she did a great job. One drawback is that she didn't speak too much English, so it's hard to communicate with her. In fact, not too many of them spoke English.

I have tried different location of Kim Sun Young, but I always end up going back to this location. I have tried different stylishs at this location, and they are all excellent. In addition, this location is friendlier towards non-Koreans like myself. They do they walk-in, but be sure to make an apt if you have a stylish in mind. They get booked, especially on weekends.
