Today was a horrible day for me when I set foot in that door. Today I didn't have my membership with me so I asked the front desk lady to apply for a new card and she said in order to apply for a new card you need a permit. I said "okay, in that case can I get a temporary card?" she said no, we need your permit. so i told her you gave me a temporary card last week?" she said i can only issue you one time. so i was done with her and i asked "lets see if i can talk to a manager".she went to the store manager..her name is Nesheira Cooper, telling the store manager that I wanted to open a membership without a permit. Then, I went to the manager "can i just get a temporary card for now?" and she said that our policy doesn't do that anymore. okay so i took out my cellphone to call my husband to bring the membership card. then the store manager had the nerve to tell me to talk outside of the store. so i step out the door and stand at the corner of the door and she ran out and told me i can't be near the exit and i can't talk BAD on the phone? but what i was trying to do was call my husband. Then the produce manager comes out to the front desk to ask what happened and then i told him she was being very rude and very LOUD and inconsiderate. All he said was sorry for that. A third manager comes out and said he'll take care of me.While I was talking to him, Neshera Cooper was inside the store yelling out saying that "She's not a customer..don't let her come in." She was being unprofessional and rude to a customer? I told him I'll bring my husband to bring the membership and he said no just tell me the business name and we'll issue you a temporary card. He find my company was in his computer and then he called the front desk lady and asked what happened? whatever the lady said and told her to just issue her a temporary membership card. I try to explain to explain to everyone that I had before issued a temporary card and he just laughed it was a miscommunication.
Overall, this place needs new management especially Nesheira Cooper, a very rude and unprofessional manager, I've never dealt with this type of treatment of all 5 years I have shopped here.

First off I am a customer of 6 years and I know Neshera works really hard for the customers some of us need to manage our time a little better instead of getting pissed off at her she is only doing her job dealing with selfish and inconsedrate customer. Not to mention half of the customers do not know what they need or whats on their menu but you need her help and she knows her job well and everyone elses..

First of all, congratulations on how well they have this store, but on the day of Thursday, I went to this shop, as I have done 2 years ago, once a fortnight, never had any problems, had not been no problem with my purchases, but yesterday the Floor Manager Nesheira Cooper, did not give me the best deal, first, was not well informed about the situation, at second, before making a call to attention, should ask and information, which is what the customer wants, third, I do not like how I speak. My question is unwilling or do not want to sell ???... I think they should guide and educate this person, with the treatment they should receive the customers ...

OMG, this place is so cool! I went here with my friend today and saw so many things for such a good price!!! Foods are in bulk sizes so if you throw a big party or something, this is where you should hit.

Restaurant Depot has a great selection of everything you need. Their fresh seafood selection is great, and the prices are amazing. They also have great cheeses and deli meats at prices that you can't beat!
