Cheaper lab for chemicals print (vs digital), but service does not worth it.\r\n\r\nWhen I dropped of the film, as I told them what I wanted, the main manager (owner?) started using my film as a support to write on a piece of paper!!\r\n\r\nI gave them a proof sheet with my negative (black and white) to match the contrast ratio, but they were totally unable to do something nice looking.\r\n\r\nThe contrast was throw off on several prints. Moreover, some of the prints were not sharp, meaning one side of the picture was sharp and the other one not.Which is a bit annoying, especially coming from a 6x7 negative. (And I know for a fact it is not coming from my film, as I got medium resolution scan from a different lab, and everything was sharp...)\r\n\r\nFinally, some prints have new scratches, nicks... whereas the negative was just out of processing, spotless, scratchless (my medium scans as a proof). Not to mention chemicals spots on the paper, due to some misshandling.\r\n\r\nWest Coast photo, a place not to go.\r\n\r\n(and it is not the first time I'm going there, but I though I would give another try.... but that was the last)

Pros: price cheaper than other lab for a photochemical (traditional) process

Cons: quality of service, quality of prints, scratch on your negative
