Trader Joe's

This is the closest Trader Joes to my house and though parking is still a hassle anytime other than 10 a.m. midweek, I seem to end up here at least once a week. It's much more affordable than Gelson's across the street, and though I prefer Gelson's fruits, veggies and fresh food counter, I usually stock up on the basics at Trader Joes and then fill in the gaps elsewhere. The staff has always been friendly and upbeat at this TJ's as well. The only complaint I have it that they recently stopped taking recycling so I am forced to find another recycling center to schlep my umpteen bags of bottles to. I loved the fact they would take your recycling and give you credit on your grocery bill on the spot.

This is my least favorite trader joes that I frequent. It is always crowded and sometimes they don't have my favorite items on the shelf. But it is still trader joes and and I love this store and all their products!

This Trader Joe's location is so AWESOME, they just added a gated parking lot to address the overcrowding that was previously the bane of their existence. Now it's just about PERFECT, they have extremely nice neighborhood folks stocking the particularly well stocked shelves, usually I find everything on my list. The produce is very fresh, the beer and wine rock, and they are cooking up samples every day, PLUS I routinely see local buddies here.

PROS: Nice people, nice food, nice parking
CONS: too many yummy things to eat - is that bad?
