I'm not sure what happened, but service has gone DOWN HILL! I took my pet in for routine bloodwork and was told it takes up to 48 hours to get the results back. I never heard from the doctor and had to call and leave multiple messages for the doctor who in turn never called me back. I was told by a receptionist that they were unable to find my chart and labs. I went to another vet 3 weeks later and asked if they were able to access my results from another clinic. Big shocker, the new vet got them RIGHT away! I FINALLY had my results given to me in another animal hospital by another doctor in that appointment. I heard Dr. K was good with routine care, but was NOT recommended for emergency type visits. Seems like the receptionists always have an excuse for why Dr. K can't come to the phone or return phone calls.

I take both of my precious cats to Tustana and have complete confidence in Dr K. They even do cat's teeth cleaning WITHOUT anesthesia! Give them a try, you'll be glad you did.

I just took my pup to have her luxative patella surgery. I was recommended to take my pup here by a doogie organization. The surgeon was a really nice man and the surgery went really well. Dr.K and all the staff of the vet are all nice and caring to my pup and patient to answer all my questions and concern. The price of the surgery is so much reasonable and affordable compare to another vet I previously consulted. The place is clean and staff really efficient at their service.

Dr. Frack was very kind and knowledgeable. Since he sold the practice I have seen a different vet each time. The new owner, Dr. K has installed many more profitable services which is understandable, but his prices are high and I'm not sure he has the same knowledge base as Dr. Frack. The practice tends to recommend services that my dog may not need.
I've been going here for many years, but I'm not sure I will continue. Also, if you have any cat allergies, this is not the place for you as their cat is allowed to roam and sit on the (check in) counter.

I have taken a few of my pets here and even some other people's pets! They take good care of the animals and I know that they do the very best they can to help animals.

This pet hospital is very professional. Everyone is very nice. Although there was one instance when an employee seemed to be in a bad mood and made some type of remark when she realized that I would be boarding my dog (again). Perhaps she didn't get along with my dog. I haven't seen her since then, which is probably a good thing for everyone. Other than that, the Dr.s are all very nice. Dr. K. actually called my home to see if my dog was feeling better. They provide great service and the prices are reasonable.

Dr. Frack is a very kind man and will not even accept a new animal into the practice until he has had a chance to meet the animal. He is very competent and truly cares about your pet and its welfare. I have taken my animals to higher priced 'specialists' and received the exact same prognosis as Dr. Frack had already given me. Staff is excellent and the facilities are clean and well organized.
