California Dodge Chrylser Jeep

I had difficulty getting them to process this in a timely fashion my extended warranty through western general was making things difficult with parts but their communication was awful. I would be told to wait for calls that never came. The guys did seem to know about what to do ,but they sent out my vehicle without telling us and it was not returned as expected and we were unable to pick-up in a timely manner. Also as a side note the customer service ladies to answer the phone lines were rushed and sounded irritated when asked to be transfer like you were bothering them. Overall This is the second dealership I have used in Lompoc for repairs and I would rather pay out of pocket to have towed to a more professional establishment.

I took my car in under warranty for a light that was coming on. The service dept. told me I had a bad ABS module and they would order the part. It is August 31, 2007 and I still have not gotten my car fixed. Everytime I contact them they say it's backordered and when they are suppose to contact me they never return my phone calls. I have never had service so horrible. Don't buy from this dealership!

I took my car there still under warranty. It had a major brake failure, and the technicians refused to listen to my complaints. Obviously I've purchased a lemon of a car, but the repair center is more concerned with making a buck than seeing that I'm satisfied with my purchase.
