I was pregnant with my first kid.I have blood drawn couple of times.The nurse firstly found a vein when she used the injection,she missed the vein and she was trying to search for the another vein by continued from the missed one.Leaving me with a painful arm and a sorry which was not meant by heart.My doctor is Dr Kannapan.She is a very wonderful doctor,but the wait time to see the doctor is too long.It takes minimum of 45 minutes to 3 hours.

I had Dr Cousin for my Dr for several yrs. I never went to see him unless something was really wrong. One time he said I had high blood pressure and began treatment. Pill was working well. Went back for a third appt and sat there for over an hr. Went and asked the nurse then waited another 45 min. Then came dr. Cousin. He told me he wished he was Dr. House for when I cried wolf and tol me he thought I should move. I was in shock! I almost cried in front of him. I then asked for my medical records to see what he was talking about. In 4 yrs there were only 4 pages of differnt times I went to see him. All were legitimate. Also he had on the report that he did a physical when he never did one. He said I wore glasses, I don't only to read. He said I have vericose veins, I don't. He also kept sending me to the same lab to have the same test over and over until I finally I told the gal I already had that test done. Now every time I go to a Dr. and it doesn't matter who I go to I get the run a round. I complained to Gem Care becasue I believe Dr. write bad reviews about patients. I told them I want whatever they put on my record taken off, but to date I have not heard from them. I am still waiting to have the untruth removed. I truly believe he got me mixed up with someone else and now I feel insecure going to a dr. want to know if anyone else has had this problem.It needs to be stopped immediately

Difficult to see Dr. Kannappan who was my inital provider. Staff inept and Dr. K frequently made excuses for them. Very difficult to get through for lab results. Incorrect results given to me by phone. Very inconsiderate when things are not going well with a pregnancy. I switched doctors and now am very pleased.

I have also been a patient of Dr Davis since 2004 and never had a problem until he retired 12/08. I have always had medical insurance,but i don't have it at the moment. I have offered to pay cash for all of my visits which are usually $80, BUT because I don't have insurance the group will not allow me to even see a dr without paying over $2000. I have always paid my account, never bounced a check, and even have a credit today $313.00. I am a high-rick pregnancy at 34 weeks and should be seeing a dr once a week. What ever happened to the service of the patient. Money and not medical care is obviously the priority of this organization. The finance supervisor even told me to go to KMC since I didn't have any money to pay, how insulting is that!!!! I guess I'm not good enough to be seen to San Dimas since I'm not "insured". Dr's are great, but service from staff not so good. It's all about the money

I have been a patient of San Dimas for over 10 yrs. I started with Dr. Kliss & then to Dr. Edwards. Both doctors are very knowledgeable. I recommend either one. Yet, expect a two hour wait & their appointed staff is horrid! The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and most of all insensitive. Don't expect to be treated with heart. If you need questions answered to any abnormal tests...good luck. Also, don't expect the Dr. to call you back. You will get as I did, "Dr. Edwards does not return phone calls to patients!" The doctor's are great, but the staff needs major improvement. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary.

I have been a patient of Dr Tans for over 16 years. She has provided excellent medical care through out the years. I had a scheduler give me the wrong appointment date for a pre-operation exam. I took the day off work for appt. Operations Manager (Peg) was very unprofessional, blamed me for the error. DON??T EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM!!!
