My wife has dealt with them one time she got into an accident. The person who referred them to us was the guy that hit her. We didn't go through with insurance policies to get a deal (need not explain). He covered all the charges plus extra because he knows the owner of the place. The service is great and the job they did was clean. Looks like nothing happened at all.

In 2000, We needed someone to check out a 1990 BMW we had just bought. They went over it with a fine-toothed comb and prepared a list of things that needed to be done right away, things that could wait, and an overall "wellness" profile of the car.. The work was done professionally , speedily and affordably. They have kept our open car in perfect shape and their work is so good that we had no qualms about purchasing a second used BMW. One can arrange for a loaner car with advance notice. The shop is so clean you could eat off the floor. The staff is courteous and takes the time to explain exactly what has been done to the car. No one is stuffy or prententious--they work here because they love the car for its engineering, not its status.They are the best around for BMWs.
