Now here is an apartment complex with Great rent and the greatest facilities. Tennis courts and free tennis lessons, Free brunch once a month, Free yoga and cooking lessons and free DVD rental of some of the latest movies, 3 swimming pools and 2 exercise centers. Need I say more?

PROS: Free Tennis lessons, yoga and cooking lessons, Free movie rental
CONS: 12 year old complex and need renters insurance

I have known Elan when it was a great place to live... now it is too run down. Management is undoubtedly rude.. they have a "we dont care about you" attitude.

It is close to work and that is the only good thing about it. But with so many newer apartments around, I dont think I will be renewing again...

I have no doubt the five star reviews were by the management :)

I live at Elan. The apartments architecture is flawed as any smell from the apartment below you gets into your bathroom and bedroom. At night, the smells from bathrooms below me is sooooooooo strong I had to sleep in the living room. I have complained and complained for several months and the so called management did not care and they don't give a damn. I am moving out soon. If you are thinking to move into this place think again.

this place is really nice. the apartments seem a little small but the amenities are great. free shuttle to the light rail and shopping near by. fitness center is well maintained.
