Horrible customer service

Horrible Attitude. Young Latina employee, "blondie" has a really bad attitude. I do not understand how she still has a job. Will someone please FIRE her !!!!

customers are always righ t. 1 Jamba Juice

The staff pays more attention to each other, their friends, and the loud music than to the "paying" customers. I waited while 4 employees were chit-chatting for a few minutes before I finally asked a girl standing by the counter (employee or friend?) if they were closed or something, since no one was taking my order. There were only 2 paying customers in the whole place; employees outnumbered us. The other customer said he had been waiting 10mins.

PROS: sometimes the music is good
CONS: inattentive & obnoxious staff; bad business practices; ineffective manager

its ok

usually jamba is very good- im pretty much addicted. this morning i went there at 7:15 and they werent open yet. their sign says they open at 6:30 so my friend and i knocked on the door. they had no reason for not being open and when i did get my drink, it wasnt mixed all the way.
better luck next time i hope.
