Per above, these dorky crooks now seem backed-up to the ropes. "Why", you might ask? Easy answer: CUTTHROAT/high estimates on pure BS "repairs".
Examples:
1) They once offered to R&R an air filter for only $24 + labor (a 2 minute job, element retails for $7)
2) They recently offered to R&R an engine's oil pan for approx $400 + labor. Why? THEY stripped-out the drain plug. (Guess they don't know what a freakin' Heli-coil is either .....)
But, I digress. For certain, I will NEVER return to this SHYTT-HOLE.
p.s: For laughs, go in there & checkout the mouth stretchmarks on "Jim", he's their phaggy service writer
