DO NOT BUY FROM REED'S FURNITURE!!!!

They have terrible customer service and are dishonest.

We ordered several pieces of furniture from Reed's. We dealt directly with Julian, the owner. One of the pieces was not ordered correctly ("Incorrect Piece"). We tried working with Reed's to have the correct piece of furniture sent to us, but Julian claimed that Reed does not have the piece I described. I asked about the options we had and Julian said he would take the furniture back and refund us for that specific piece. I accepted that option.

REED'S PICKED UP THE INCORRECT PIECE, BUT HAS REFUSED TO REFUND THE PRICE.

After having picked up the Incorrect Piece, Julian offered store credit. This was not what was originally promised and agreed to. WE WERE PROMISED A REFUND AND LATER OFFERED JUST A STORE CREDIT. SO, REED'S HAS THE PIECE OF FURNITURE IN THIER POSSESION AND DID NOT PROVIDE THE REFUND PROMISED.

THAT IS DISHONEST AND REALLY SOURED OUR EXPERIENCED.

I have contacted Julian since then, but he has stopped returning my phone calls. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED EVER. EVER!

This whole experience felt like buying a used car. At this point, I would not recommend Reed's to anyone.

There are always issues with business transactions. The most important thing is how these issuses are handled. So far, Julian, the owner of Reeds, has not handled this issue well.

BEWARE!!!! We bought several pieces (paid in full for them) and when we went to pick them up they couldn't find them. They finally found one piece but never found the other. The Manager told us "that these things happen". When we asked how it could have happened when our sales person put a sold sticker on the items he said "well we must have over sold and someone must have taken off the sold sticker". We ended up getting our money back but never got an apology from the Manager.

After going to a lot of stores in the Valley and Thousand Oaks area we found Reeds Furniture. First, the parking lot was full, which is not the case at the other store we went to see when we were looking for a bedroom set. Now I know why, I just got delivery and it was on time and just what I'd expect after such a great buying experience. The sales person was so nice, he even got my kid a baloon. Reeds has a Bulldog there that is super cool, my kid played with him while we shopped. So much to see and at such great prices. 5 stars!!!! PS this review is for the store on the North side of the freeway

I have found some exquisite pieces at this location for very reasonable prices. Delivery is also convenient, and the people are helpful and friendly. Most items are available immediately from the floor inventory, but occasionally you have to wait a while for something to deliver from the manufacturer, like most furniture stores.

This is a great place for really nice upscale looking furniture without the upscale prices, the staf is helpful but not to much in your face. If your looking for a super local place to get good furniture to fill your spaces, this is it
