I recently purchased a 2004 re-certified Honda Element from your dealership. I am writing to say ""thank you"". I have purchased other vehicles in the past and they were all bad experiences. And to be honest, I was worried that your dealership was going to be a nightmare. But your entire staff proved me wrong. It was a wonderful experience. I wanted to thank you for having a qualified employee that is bother trained in vehicle knowledge as well as customer service. Your sales agent Peter helped us from the beginning. I had called him earlier that morning to inquire about the Element to make sure it was still available. When we arrived around eleven in the morning, Peter was there with the key in hand and ready to test-drive. We had to bring our 13 month old daughter us and they made her comfortable and even gave her a big red balloon. It was wonderful. The facility accommodated us with patience and understanding apologizing about the time, we were there from 11am until after 3pm). Your sales agent Peter stayed with us the whole time, with out even taking a lunch break. The finance manager worked with us to get a low monthly payment and a low vehicle price. In these hard times, it's nice to know that there are still people out in this world who understand what you are going through and are able to work with you.

We live in bay area, and my wife contacted the dealership over email/phone, and we drove 60 miles to pick up the vehicle. As the color we wanted, was not available, the sales person [Ali] arranged it from another dealership. Price was better than the best offered price in any of the bay area dealership, for the same make/model/trim.

Me and my husband test drove the Honda Civic Hybrid here over the weekend and received excellent service from one of the younger salesmen working here. He wasn't pushy, answered all our questions without BSing the answers (like other car salesmen do!), and even went on the test drive with us (which they don't do at the VW or Mazda sales lot). He even gave us a print out comparing the three cars we're considering (Mazda 3, VW Jetta, and the Honda Civic Hybrid).\n\nWe haven't decided if we'll be getting a Honda yet, but if we do, we will be going back here and meeting with the same sales guy. Out of the three lots we visited that day, we received the best service here (plus free water since it was 90 degrees outside!).

I took my car in for a recall service. When I got the car back at home, I noticed scratches on the top of my car where those magnetic number hats would have been. I immediately called them up and they said they couldn't have done it. After much discussion with some supervisors they fixed the scratches. A big unecessary headache.

We go there to get the oil changed on my car. The people there are always nice with me. However, the prices are a little steep for their car work. But, their barbeques on the weekends are nice invitations to come by, even though we know their ultimate goal is to try to sell us a car despite the fact that we won't buy one!
