I got my windows tinted here 2 years ago and it still looks amazing!! Every time i come here i'm treated with respect and kindness. A week ago i got a new stereo installed and i loved the updated waiting room. Job well done Cartunes!

June 8th 2009, I had a stereo deck, alarm with keyless entry, sub with amp, and 4 speakers installed.. in my 1978 ford crew cab, everything looked good and worked after the 4 days of install, then the truck sat in storage till the weather was good, apon start up after a few months of sitting, the dash lights wernt working nor was the amp kicking on, I tried to follow the problem and I saw relays, the alarm box and all sorts of wires just hanging freely under the dash, under further inspection i saw wires with no ends or tape on them, pieces that were spliced and never taped back up, and other issues that didnt seem right for electrrical equiptment, on feb 18th 2010 i called so they could look at the issues and repair, they had the truck for 3 days and when I finally got a call they said that they didnt see any issues therefore they didnt need to repair, however they said that the sub box was too big and the seat needed to be moved forward, I told him that they installed it and they should of noticed this when they did....I then left...apon getting back to work I noticed the alarm was now not working, and the alarm box was hanging down under the dash...I called and asked to speak to the owner, they informed me that the owner didnt talk to customers and that I had to speak to the manager, he told me to bring it down and he would look at it, so I then took off from work and went back to Cartunes at 2450 santa rosa ave santa rosa ca 95407 707 5468585, one of the guys run to my truck to see what the problem was and before I could tell him he pushed me out of the way and was in my truck, I went in to finf the owner and I was told again I cant talk to him he doest deal with the publick I had to deal with the manager, they informed me that he wasnt availible and they insisted if I continued to ask I would be told to leave... I asked for the business liences and seller permits and they did not have any valid ones posted... I asked again for the contact info of the owner and they told me to take my truck and they werent going to do the repair work...

I live in Marin and have used lots of shops over the years. Some good some not so much. My last car I thought I would try a shop in Santa Rosa that I had heard about. It was actually Kustom Car Audio and I had them install a system and alarm. It was the worst experience ever. The system sounded horrible and the alarm never worked right. I drove by Cartunes on Santa Rosa Ave. I decided to see if they could help with my dilemma. They looked at it and found the wiring problem with the alarm and retuned the system. It was great and they only charged me for an hour. They found and fixed in one hour what Kustom Car could not in 4 days.

I will be bringing my future cars to Cartunes. I have found my new favorite shop.

Buyer BEWARE, they tried to pull a fast one with us, and I??m sure if the situation warrants, they will try the same with you.
Here??s what happened.
I purchased a CD/bluethtooth unit for my Honda CRV from Cartunes. I also purchased four speakers to insure really good sound. I spent about $600 all tolled.
The CD sounded fine, but no one could understand a word I said when I used the unit to make phone calls in the car. When I brought it back, Cartunes claimed it was the car, noting that Honda CRVs have ridiculously loud interior noise. I asked why they sold me the unit if it won??t work in this car. They instantly changed their tune, and said my phone was the problem. They then brought the CRV back into their shop where they claimed to pair all of their phones with the unit and of course, according to them, they all worked perfectly. My brother asked them to try pairing his phone, and proceeded to watch. They fiddled with the phone for a few minutes, but couldn't make it work.
They finally replaced the unit, which showed only a slight improvement. I think the problem has more to do with the installation and I??m going to take it elsewhere. My family has given this shop so much business over the years, it??s a shame the owners employ people with no regard for customer service. My family will never go back there again, they??ve lost their credibility with us!!!

my subwoofers would not work so they rewired my whole deck, remounted, and they still did not work. i asked the technician who worked on my vehicle if everything worked. he bluntly replied "whats everything" and continued his disrespectful walk away. i was then walked inside where i was given my 135 bill and they acted like it was a faulty deck and said i needed to contact the vendor. in my best interest they took off 15 dollars for the unfixed problem. thanks guys. i then went to best buy, asked a technician what the problem is and in under 5 minutes my subwoofers were adjusted and working perfect at no charge! no wonder why small companies insist on going under and blaming it on corporate problems.
