I've stayed twice at this hotel with the same result: poor service and high price relative to what the hotel says is a five star establishment. On the last trip, 30 minutes to check-in, non-smoking room was anything but, internet service was expensive and the hotel internet host either unreliable or out of service, telephone calls outside the country were outrageous and the buffet breakfast poorly maintained. There are better options to be had.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend.
1) The hotel smelled like a tuna fish factory
2) The rate was different than they told me on the phone
3) The people who work there are rude
4) The TV got roughly 7 blurry channels
5) It is a complete dump
