Toys R Us

Awesome selection of toys that's centrally located in Santa Monica. Parking is rough, but you can park across the st. at the many parking facilities. There's an amazing selection and that's what to be expected.

This Toys R Us location is terrific in so many ways. The space is open and bright and the aisles are roomy and wide enough to get through with your shopping cart and two children. It is very clean and organized in comparison to some other locations I have been to. I was able to find what I needed easily and without incident.

How disappointing that this big, clean, beautiful, well-stocked Toys R Us just closed. This was our favorite Toys R Us. The staff was very helpful. We used to buy lots of toys here when we needed gifts. They give gift receipts so the recipient could return it if necessary. If you bought a bike there, they would assemble it for you for a small additional charge.

I am a new mom with a small baby and this is no place for people like me. The employees are rude and unhelpful, the store is not laid out conveniantly for people with strollers (HELLO!!!) and I can never seem to find anyone knowledgable to help me. Because of where I live, this is the closest Toys R Us to me but I would rather drive an hour south to the one in Torrance because it is laid out better and the staff is a bit more friendly. Do yourself a favor and find another place to do your shopping.Especially if you have a baby.
