Cheap thai food and it opens late... service might need some help though. I rather go to the King of Thai a few blocks away!

No ambiance whatsoever. But if you want to get decent thai food to pick up and bring home, they're great!! They never fail with these dishes: chile basil chicken/beef, papaya salad, corn cakes, green curry, larb salad, and roasted duck

I thought the food was good and cheap, but the atmosphere wasn't that great. What my friend ordered smelled terrible, but then, I am a vegetarian. I think he had the Pad Thai. What I had was pretty good though.

I have been going to the King Of Thai Noodle House on Clement between 7th and 8th for 10 years and I have not gotten tired of the Pad Kee Mao (or "number 17" as I affectionately call it). It is just simply the best Thai noodle dish I have

Pros: Pad Kee Mao, Thom Yum Goong, open late!

Cons: Drab decor, too bright

This place is great. I love the food and the service, the only thing that I would change is that there is no lunch speicals. It would rock if they did, but they don't. You do get TONS of food though.

It is very easy to get incredibly authentic and extremely yummy Thai noodles in San Francisco. Just go to King of Thai Noodles on Clement St. between 7th and 8th Ave. in the Richmond district and order #17, which is Pad Kee Mao. You know - the wide noodles with a sweet sauce, red and green peppers, green beans, kaffir lime leaves, and made nice and spicy with Thai chilies. I like it with Chicken but you can get it with any meat or shrimp or just veggie. Wash it down with a 7-Up or bring in some beer. This is the real deal! Try it and you will not regret it!

The salespeople did not even acknowledge me the whole time I was there! I am a serious customer, ready to buy. I decided to take my business elsewhere where my business would be appreciated. Also, this place is limited as only sells

I love restaurants that opens late. There are just not enough of them in such vibrant city. King of Thai is one of them, and their food is very tasty.

I love coming here and can't get enough. It is the best quality Thai food In all of the Bay area. I have coming here since 1995 or 96 and they use simple, fresh ingredients and it's quickly served and steaming to order. I love it and

This is as close as it gets to the streetvendors of Bangkok. How close is it? Not that close, truth be told, but this is as close as it gets. Amazing value for the food.

For this prices listed, King of Thai is definitely an awesome place to get delicious and cheap Thai food. Love the soy-sauce, stirfired fat noodles with chicken! My friends and I frequently visit this restaurant, as we are always happy

This place is WAY at the bottom of the list of Thai restaurants in S.F. They should have made the original one have good, original food before opening up the satellites downtown.

There's something reassuring about the cheap local dive with fantastic ethnic food. Such is the case with King of Thai Noodle House. The long forgotten interior, well beyond the point of crying out for help, sinks into the background…
