Kolbe Honda

OMG rip offs bought a certified preowned vehicle from kolbe honda started having problems not even a week after buying the car took it to another honda dealer ship in LA and the said my certified preowned would have not passed thier 150point inspection beware. im making american honda and better beauro business(bbb.org) deal these shady people. i bought the car because of the title. plz go to other bigger honda dealers to prevent ripoffs

Worst dealership experience I've ever had. If you want to be treated with dignity and respect go to a different Honda dealership. They do not value your time, they waste it.

i brought my honda crv there for a change oil , what happened? they told me that the oil cup was broken, since i bought my crv honda theres only 1 place i used when it comes to service esp. change oil & that is kolbe honda, so i'm just wondering how could it happened (broken oil cup), the sum of it !!!, they charged me add'l $$$ for thier add'l income, what a corrupt employee ..what do you think ?????
will not recommend this dealership...

They are a rip off DON'T bring your car thereibrought my 2007 honda in for a 5800 hundred up. they told me i needed a minor service. wich was 90 dollars my boy friend called them and questioned the manager. he was silent. so needless to say i'm having only what i came in for a oil change and tire rotation. they are a RIPP OFF. i will never go there again. i called Robertson honda and asked them what i needed for a 5800 hundred mile check up and they were honest. they are a bit further but i will drive the distance to service my car. i have NEVER had such a bad experience before.

Firts of all, a complete rip-off in all areas!!!
Poor customer care service.
Poor willingness to understand your concerns and requests.
I love my car but and it is unfortunate that dealerships consider themselves like they are doing you a favor.

I took my Honda there for one time, and it was my worst experience, customer care zero, customer treating really bad, time duration for simple service took 10 hours. never go back

the peoples in the PARTS Department are IDIOT, they TREATED there Customers Really BAD, ( NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL ).
Letter to the Big Boss : Find a more Friendly peoples to work at this Dealer , other wise U will LOOSE LOTS of Customer in Tough Times like these.

My young son took his first car for brakes and 30,000 mile service. He was talked into wheel alignment that he didn't need and recommended that he needed the rotors replaced and wanted to charge him over $200 plus the wheel alignment of $189.00!!Even though the tires were brand new, and that the rotors just needed sanding down. Took advantage of a young kid.

Customers beware! This dealership will rip you off. I brought in my honda for service and they were able to fix it with some additional supposedly broken parts. This was okay but as soon as I got out of the dealership, another problem came up which was not a problem when I initially brought it in and they vehemently denied that they have something to do with it and wanted me to pay for the repair. Their prices were really high and the customer service I got was at best worst.

I have been to other dealerships and this is far by the worst one I have ever been to. We bring our car to delearships and pay a premium price since they are the professionals and this shop has been an extreme disappointment.

I would never go back nor recommend it to anyone.

I bought my 1st Honda in 2003 (NEW 02 Civic) from Kolbe Honda in Reseda. I had such an excellent experience I went and bought another one from Kolbe in 2004 (NEW 05 Accord EX). They don't pressure you like most salespersons do and the sales persons go the extra 100 miles to ensure that u get the best price possible, in other words, they work for u!

The Service Dept is also one of a kind.

I strongly recommend your HONDA purchase be with Kolbe Honda in Reseda!

By far the best Honda dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been a Honda owner for many years and had visited both independent and franchise repair shops before I found Kolbe Honda. Once I experienced their service I have not been any place else for service on my wife's or my Honda.

PROS: Mechanics and service advisors. Waiting room has free bottled water and co
