Debbie Allen Dance Academy

Debbie Allen's Dance Studio is one of the best dance studio in LA. The kids are well structured and the performaces are phenomenal. The kids are well taught and they even have classes for adults. It can be expensive but its so worth.

We drive twice a week from Pasadena to Culver City and I have never doubted that it was worth it. The students are exposed to various types of dance while still having a strong ballet foundation. There is an affordable dress code and the recitals are also cost effective. The teachers are committed and have high expectations of the students. Parents involvement is encouraged however, they do not run the program; thank goodness!

This dance academy is great. if you are trying to find a place for your child that won't waste you time or money, go to this academy. i go to so many childrens dance recitals and i am very dissapointed. here they actually teach the kids something. and the atmosphere is really enjoyable!

This is a world class dance academy run by Debbie Allen herself. The instructors come from all over the world and the Board of Directors has several prominent names from Hollywood.

The recitals and shows that this Academy puts on are fabulous. Their Summer Intensive is attended by dance students from all over the world.
