Marquardt Property Management

This company was very helpful in finding my tenant for me. I live out of the area and they were so professional that I will not hesitate to refer other owners, and I will be back if needed. Definitely a great company to have in the Laurel District and Oakland. There should be more companies like this. They bring back some of "old time" charm that used to be prevalent in companies with the down to earth dealings with people. The are truly out to help both owners and tenants find the best for each.
