There is no better veterinarian out there than Dr. Lax. He has been our vet for over 13 years and I feel blessed to have someone I can trust so implicitly with my pets. He is caring, honest and truly loves these animals.
The staff is very friendly. I came to know them when my cat had gotten outside. She did not return for 3 days. Finally, I got a call from them. They had my cat! She has a microchip in her, they scanned her, and then contacted me. I was so grateful. They even came and met me after hours so that I could pick her up.
We initially chose Alga Pet Hospital because of its proximity to our home. However, after receiving such great care and attention for our dog, we would choose them even if APH was far away. Every employee has been trained to "love" your dog or cat. The hours are convenient and they make accommondations to serve you well.
Dr. Kenney is awesome! She helped us through a difficult decision with our 16+ yr old dog and gave us all the time we needed to make the right decision.
We have used Alga Pet Hospital for years and recommend this company to anyone who likes great animal care with fantastic customer service.
