Lack of Ethics

I was in for a supposed routine hair color touch-up and hair-cut and I went in with very pretty blond colors and came out with brown roots. I had the same girl each time and until that last time, I was really happy with her work. I told her something was wrong because my roots were so dark against my blond hair but she insisted that she used the same products as last time. I paid, left and called her two days later because I look foolish and like some bumkin. A year earlier, she took me in at the last moment and colored my hair with shades of brown for my son's wedding. I called and told her that I figured out what she did and I explained it to her and she replied 'So you think I looked at the wrong line on your card?' I said 'Yes!' She said okay and said she would see what she could do to lighten up my roots and to call for an appt for that Saturday. I said okay and I called the front desk within one minute. Casey was supposedly at lunch when I called even though the gal that answered said she was there and she would let her know I was on the phone. Thus the lunch story. No one conveniently answered the phone so I just left my name and phone number very clearly and I never got a call back!!! It's been four weeks now and no Casey. It is a costly salon and I lived on a very tight disability budget and I am so disappointed and I feel betrayed by Casey and the salon. All I can say is watch your step is you choose to go there. You have been warned!
