Right off the bat the staff was very cordial. George told me how long it was gonna take to check out the car and called me immediately once he had finished taking things apart to check my brake system. All the parts were shown and he told me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what needed to be done in the future.

George did the repairs quickly (about two hours for a full 4 wheel brake replacement) and even showed me the parts the he had taken off my car and replaced.

This is the best shop I have ever dealt with. I have taken my truck in for brakes and shocks. They use great parts and the owner is very friendly. Just recently had a problem with my transmission, he explaned and showed me what needed to be fixed. Had it done early the next day. Costs are extremely resonable. I will continue to go here for anything my truck needs. I could not recommend this place more. Thank you.

My brakes were squealing real bad and I looked these guys up on the internet based on proximity to me and from one of the reviews I saw. Mark was the one who helped me and he was real nice. Very professional. And explained the whole thing to me. Even took me under the car to point out what was good and what was not. I appreciated the transparency and explanation. In the end the job was fixed perfectly, and the price was more than fair. The parts don't seemed to be marked up to much which is good. His labor not excessive either. These guys really know brakes and I recommend them. I would use them again. Thanks guys!

I have been to a lot of machanics and auto service centers in southern California but the service I got at Burbank Quality Brake & Alignment is some of the best I have ever had. They quickly diagnose the problem and fully explain to me what the problem is and what is needed to fix it. They use high quality parts and know how to find specialty parts at good prices. The work gets done quickly and their prices are more than fair. I plan to continue using them for as long as I am in LA.
