We've been going here for as long as I can remember. My Mother was a waitress here about 50 years ago-no exageration! It was one of her first jobs & there's a reason why it's still there. The service is super quick & you can always count on the food tasting great. Toluca Lake is such a nice area & I love to go here. Great restaurant to take the family!

So everyone recognizes the Big Boy out front of the restaurant - it's a must do destination in LA - we always take friends and family here when they are visiting LA for the first time - the burgers are great - love the onion rings - and you can even get take out - beats the heck out of other late night drive thru options! I have thier number in my cell phone for just such an occasion. Also, very kid friendly place.

Bob's Big Boy on Riverside has become a historic fixture in Los Angeles. Food is decent--a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10--but they are open 24 hours. Every Friday night they host a car show in their parking lot, and owners of classic restored cars from allover come to show off their rides.

This is one of those places you should go to just to say you've been there.
