I went to Linda for a full set acrylics after reading great reviews online. This was by far the worst service ever, I should've guessed for the cheap price. First, I was left hanging during the process at least three times while she took care of other customers or payments. She was also very rough w my fingers and ended up tearing my skin w the buffer? and it bled. I tried to tell her to be more gentle as she just interrupted me loudly saying "I KNOW" and grabbed me harder telling me to relax as if that's why I was hurt. Also, the place did not look sanitary as she wiped off nail pieces onto the floor, there were no towels on tables, and she had a large open cut on her finger that got me a bit uncomfortable. She probably knew I would never come back so she charged the full price without an apology and didn't honor my 10% coupon, lying that she gave me a discount from 30 to 25. I called ahead for the price and it even said on the price list that acrylics were 25. I did not want to argue for three dollars, I just know I won't ever go back no matter how cheap it may be.

These guys really do a great job for pedicures. The leg massages are really nice, particularly if you don't mind the tickle factor. They also do french manicure. The ladies are super friendly. Pedi and mani for $27 which is a good deal around here.

PROS: good deal, friendly service
CONS:

Nail Touch is one of the best nail salons in Mountain View. The procedures take a while though, like an hour for a pedicure. The staff is very meticulous and they take their time, but do a great job. They offer free drinks to customers, which is awesome. After you get your nails done, the polish lasts a long time!
