Big Tease Salon

The owner and stylists at the Big Tease are incredible. I get compliments on color every week. The cut is superb and my hair is healthy again, after years of doing it myself. I am thrilled to have hair that is stylishly professional, but sassy and fun at the same time.

Cons: Farther from my place than I would like

I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to highlights and hair color. I have been to many salons before where they are only able to touch up your highlights and then there are about 4 different colors in your hair because your hair lightened from the time before and they only re-do the highlights in your hair. But at Big Tease Lora does an excellent job at re-doing my highlights AND THEN dying the rest of my hair (the unhighlighted portion) a dark brown since it had lightened from the highlights from before. Overall, Lora does a great job at highlights, color, and cut. Prices are reasonable and the salon is very cute and located in downtown Monrovia.
