Worst service dept. I have ever dealt with. This is my third negative experience w/ poor service. I paid to have my exhaust filter changed/cleaned, only to have the same problem 16 days later....their response was "I told your wife she needed to drive it more"......and that yes they would be charging me if they did any additional work on it. I would think that me paying them to do the job 16 days prior would suffice. Its ridiculous that to expect someone to drive their vechile non-stop...in order to avoid a clogged exhaust filter. They probably never even changed my filter, just reset the computer..........crooks. Not to mention the short, rude, & snide comments were made to both myself and my husband. I have had the unfortuate situation of having to use them 3 times over the last five years......and nothings changed - they are actually worse.

Yeah, so Paul is a manager at the dealership. The facts of the review are correct though.

The Parts Manager, now Parts/Service Manager is the ultimate dealership dirt-bag. I think he'd cheat his grandmother to make a buck. He definitely cheats his employees. All parts sell over the counter at LIST PRICE which is a fantasy in today's world of internet warehouses. List is actually more than retail !!

New vehicle pricing is honest and well priced but I wouldn't do anything there after the initial purchase.

Sierra Motors in Jamestown is the best. Lately it seems almost impossible to find great customer service,well i found it at sierra motors. I Had a problem with my truck that know one could fix. One trip to Sierra Motors and they found it. Now i drive an hour for my service work and it is well worth it. We also just bought my wife's new car from them and the way they do business is amazing. everyone we have talked to at Sierra Motors has treated us better than we could ever expect.

Sierra Motors Jamestown, Terrible Service Department During my experiences with the Sierra Motors service department I have come the conclusion that several of their service reps are very non-professional and very rude. They also do not like to do multiple warranty work on a vehicle as it doesn't benefit them $ wise. As well as not actually being able to fix my problem after several attempts I would also conclude that their technicians in my particular area of problem (steering) were not up to par. I should also note before I took my vehicle to Sierra Motors I spoke to several local friends and mentioned I was taking it in. All of them said and I quote ??I wouldn??t take your car there?. I took their comments and tried for myself and as you can see my experience was horrible. I will be writing a letter to the dealership owner informing him of his service department if he happens to care about my 2 cents.
