I have been using Singing Hills for many years and they are the best. I will not refer friends, family or even strangers some where else. The staff is always very helpful and know all my dogs by name. Dr Tom is the best. I like that I can call up and ask questions and them answered over the phone. My dogs even enjoy going there. Always a great experience.

As a new puppy owner and new to the San Diego area i was recommended to this vet by my sisters friend. First of all i would like to say that this vet is extremely over priced. My first experience there was good, the staff was friendly and the vet was very friendly as well. However at the end of my visit when i had to pay, i notice that the nickel and dime you for everything and they do not really explain what for. Two days ago i got my puppy neutered. i called a few days before to see how much it would be to get him caught up on his shots and to be neutered as well. they quoted me $230. i thought that was pretty good considering he needed two shots as well. So i drop my dog off and they make you initial here and there accepting the fact that your dog is going to be neutered and go into surgery. however they neglected to tell me that half of the things i needed to inital by were not mandatory and that I had the option of choosing what my dog would need. Instead of taking the time to go through each and tell me what each one was for, My roomate ended up going to pick my dog up and the bill was $435. I mean a TWO HUNDRED dollar difference is ridiculous. They just find every way to nickel and dime you and they charged my with ridiculous things, gave me things i didnt want or need, and it was straight up a rip off. I would never ever go there again. THEY ARE ONE OF THE WORST VETS I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I would recommend a VCA vet( which is where my mom takes her new puppy back in LA) if there is a VCA vet near you, please go there over singing hills animal hospital.

I have taken my dog here when she had an ear infection, the vets are very caring. It is never crowded and you can usually get in and out of there pretty quickly. They carry special food also for animals on special diets. Would recommend.
