First and foremost, have your vehicle inspected by another mechanic after having it serviced at this location. I brought my vehicle, to this location, for a diagnostic regarding an ongoing problem. At that time, the service department installed a defective part in my vehicle. Several months later, I discovered the defect. Since the part is still under warranty, I returned my car to be inspected. I explained the situation to the mechanics and Dale Snow. Dale Snow, director of the service department, negated to honor the warranty of the part, refused to replace it, and, to add insult to injury, blamed me for the broken part. Now, I have to get an attorney or go to small claims court to resolve this dispute. Who do you think will win if they say a new part was installed? Beware! You might get ripped off too.

Mossy Toyota sold me a previously rear ended and submerged flood car and has refused to take it back. I have been stuck in arbitration for over 3 years with no end in sight.

I honestly don't know how a business like Mossy Toyota of Pacific Beach could be so ruthless in their business practices. Hiding behind an arbitration clause that they know, once the deal is done, do not have to give you the time of day as they are laughing in your face.

I was looking for a new car recently. Unfortunately I gave Mossy my information while looking for a quote online. They called me at least 30 times trying to sell me a car. They called me after 10pm one time. The woman would never give me a straight answer about prices. I will never buy a car from this company after that experience.

Worst experience ever. This was my first time buying a car and I feel cheated. As soon as they get your money they don't care what happens to you or your car. Go to another Toyota dealership. They don't deserve your business.

My friend & I have both had our Toyotas serviced at Mossy and they've done a good job. I haven't needed that much work but my friend's Prius needed major servicing and they did a great job at a fair price.

That's hard to say about a lot of Auto shops.

I have serviced my toyota for years at Mossy Toyota. Over the years I have had problems from time to time but have always found the management to step up to the plate when I had a problem. They just recently built a new store and it is great. Recently I went in to have my Camry serviced and found out they now have rental cars on site. This was so convenient I rented a Prius on site. I loved the Prius so much I decided to buy one. The sales staff was great and they had about 20 Prius's in stock. I will only do business with Mossy Toyota.

The people were very nice here, and we ended up getting a car. The only bad thing I can say is that after we did all the paperwork my father and I had to wait for at least 2 hours to talk to an insurance guy, and we had to do it. It seemed like they'd forgotten that we were there, because all the people came and went except for us! We were there from 3pm to at least 6 pm. It took forever! That is the only bad thing that I have to say about it. They gave us a great deal on a car, so don't be affraid to talk prices with these people!

Friendly sales people, but they didn't have a single Scion available. Their stock was limited, but he did find one and referred us to someone at Bob Baker who had one in stock.
