Beach Boulevard Pet Hospital

I have been seeing the doctors at BBPH for close to 6 years since they first took over the practice from a previous owner. I have been extremely satisfied and am so grateful that I have found a vet office that I completely trust will do everything that needs to be done for my pets needs. I have 4 dogs an 3 cats and they all see Dr. Lizardo and Dr. Hashimoto. they have had routine annuals to orthopedic surgeries to internal medicine workups and have all been treated kindly. I would suggest anyone looking for a vet give BBPH a try. They are absolutely wonderful.

My Animals are my family and my family is my Life. That being said Doctors Lizardo and Hashimoto are simply the best! There was a previous reviewer who may have had a bad experience but I have never experienced that type of service in 6 years and going through an aging dog being put down as well as new puppy experience. Dr Lizardo is definitely much more serious than his wife but he is also kind and caring. I would not take my family any where else.

I am so grateful that we found Beach Boulevard Pet Hospital. We had made the gutt wrenching decision to put down our beloved terminally ill dog. We did not want her final moments to be any more stressful than they needed to be so we searched for a vet who would come to our home. I found them online and with one call they moved their existing appointments around and came to our home the next day. Dr Lizardo and Elena helped make our baby's final moments as peaceful as they could be. Elena hugged and kissed her like she was her own dog. During such a difficult time, they were extremely comforting and I am grateful to have found them. If I can ever bring myself to get another pet, they will be my new vet.

Beach boulevard pet hospital is a great pet hospital. I had a great experience with my dog Rocko. I was referred to Dr. Lizardo for knee surgery from a friend of mine who goes there. Both doctors' Hashimoto and Lizardo and very professional and caring. Dr. Lizardo spent 45 minutes going over the surgery and gave me a great price on the procedure. Surgery went off without a hitch and Rocko is very happy. I would like to commend the staff for making us feel welcomed. The hospital is very neat and clean unlike alot of vet hospitals in H.B. Doesn't smell like urine and feces. If you want good animal care and expertise with a warm caring staff then this place is for you!

I love the office, the Doctors, and the staff. I have had my puppy
there since her birth and they have done a beautiful job.
They treat us very kindly and respectfully. I love how clean the office is and how careful they are with my baby. Thank you.

I have had pets all my life and have gone through countless veterinarians and I must say the doctors and staff at Beach Boulevard Pet Hospital are the best I've ever had. They are very professional, the facility is old but very, very clean, the prices are fair and the doctors are current and highly competent. They go above and beyond the norm to make sure they treat you and your pet with TLC. I refer all my friends to them. I even live 20 miles away but will drive further if I had to to see them.

I took my puppy to this place according to the good review from this website. The service in the beginning was really good. The staffs are absolutely nice. Dr Hashimoto was very professional and very caring. I've been there several times withing the past 3 months and found out that the quality service is getting worse. More than 50% of the time, I didn't get to see the doctors, only their assistants. Dr Lizardo was not that professional. I took my dog to meet him 2 times, he always gives me the impressions that we're wasting his time (even though we're paying for his time without doing any service-hardly touch my dog, his examination routine makes me feel like I'm the one who's actually wasting my time taking my dog to see him). Eventually I decided that I won't take my dog back. I'll look for the other hospital.
However, this is based on my past experience and just want to share it.

Dr Lizardo & Dr Hashimoto are the best vets I've seen in Huntington Beach. Their staff is so friendly and they really seem to care about the pets. They do lots of work with local rescues, too and I find that really commendable to give of their precious time to helping homeless pets.

They've treated all 3 of my pets and they couldn't be healthier! They keep the place nice and clean and even disinfect the exam table after each visit. It seems well run and not chaotic like some vets.

I HIGHLY recommend either of these 2 doctors!

When my dog acted slow and odd, I took her to Beach Boulevard Pet Hospital thinking something was wrong. There the doctor rapidly look at her and told me that she was pregnant. I really like Beach Boulevard Pet Hospital because the place is extremely clean compare to others pet hospital I went to. They are well staffs and well train too. They were very proficiently of taking care of my baby. I would highly recommend any pet own who want the best for their pet to go here.
