The Black Angus does a good job of cooking your steak exactly as you order it. I've been there a few times and only had an issue once, in which they were very quick to remedy.The atmosphere is like most steak houses in San Diego, and the prices are comparable as well.
All in all, this is a great steakhouse and worth going to.
