I went here a couple weekends ago with my boyfriend, his cousin and her boyfriend. It's a quaint little restaurant in downtown la jolla that is pretty busy. We had to wait about 30-45 min but it wasnt too bad because we just walked around all the shops and the food was well worth it! I got the stuffed french toast, which is what they are known for. If this is your first visit, DEFINITELY try it. I dont usually eat french toast because it tends to be too heavy but this was just perfect. If you sit outside or inside its fabulous. I always go with family and friends and they can't get enough of it. The only thing is the wait for a table, but that just shows how yummy the food is! All their juices are fresh squeezed, fruit is seasonal and their food is delicious. It is busy on weekends but worth the wait. Located in downtown La Jolla, you can stroll around the shops afterward. It has great outdoor dining and also some tables on the inside. They offer great California cuisine, sandwiches, salads, etc... The people who work there are always friendly and very accomdating. I always bring my daughter and they are super helpful. When my mother visits from out of town, she always has to have lunch here... she loves it! They even sell a cookbook with their meals in it. Food was quite good. Nice atmosphere, only downer was the long waits in line. Luckily theres lots of things nearby to kill some time.
