20 Video Dvd

I was a customer for more than 5 years without a problem until today. I was never notified by the Video store but I noticed a charge on my Credit Card when paying my bills. I called the store and they told me I completely ruined a new DVD; I was the first customer to rent it. I wasn't in the mood for disputing this as the manager wasn't on site today so I asked for my "Ruined" DVD and account cancellation. They were happy to fulfill both requests. I took a look a the DVD in the store, not 1 single scratch on it. I presented the flawless DVD to the clerk but they said contact the manager. I figured maybe there was magnetic damage to it and I was getting the blame. I took it home, UNSURPRISINGLY....it plays perfect. Something shady is definitely happening at this store...STAY AWAY if you want to save heart ache...I m going back to NetFlix.... :D

The 20/20 dvd rental place is pretty good. They usually have the movies you wouldn't be able to find at like a Blockbuster. The selection is ok and you'll usually find good foreign titles, especially the Spanish ones.

Please do not start an account with this place. It allows people to add to your account without account holder's authorization. This means your credit card can get charged, as mine did, with late fees and without your knowledge or consent. Some good selection of cheap DVDs, but you are taking a huge security risk in return.

I have been here a few times but I prefer to go to 20/20 on Brand or Blockbuster which is further away but has a better selection. 20 Video has an O.K. selection and prices aren't as steep as Blockbuster.
