Falore Nissan

I test drove a used Ford Mustang from this dealership in early 2004. When I asked to see a Carfax report on the car, the sales person started talking in circles and when pressed finally ending up telling me to go buy it myself. He assured me it wasn't a rental car - even when I came back with the report in hand where it listed the previous owner; a rental car company.
What a lying sack of crap.

PROS: Dishonest sales person
CONS: Nothing comes to mind.

Automobile-Used:I repent for buying an used car from Falore Nissan Sunnyvale. I came to this dealership looking for a Used Sentra that my money could get. Unaware of the sweet talking trap, I fell for a used car and the sales person pushed for me to close the deal then and there and it turned out as expensive as a new one. Plus It had oil leak too. When I went back next day the saleman said the deal is closed and they cant take care.

I dont want any other buyer to go through this experience. Be care ful about this trap.

Automobile - Repair :The service person was an exception. He understood the situation I was in and tried to do his best to get my leak fixed.

Though the sales guys are sleezy, the service people are excellent. I was hesitant at first after the slightly shady people who sold me the car, but the service people are great. They know my name and are willing to do anything to make sure I'm a happy customer. They do a good check up and a detailed receipt. I certainly wouldn't suggest purchasing a car from here, but if you have a nissan and want service, come by the service department. It's always crowded for a good reason.

I would never buy a car from Falore Nissan. I came to this dealership once looking for a new Sentra. They kept pushing me to go for the high end models which I refused and then they insisted that I agree to buy before letting me know the price, which is totally ridiculous. Then when the salesperson failed, he got out 3 or 4 of his gang and tried to apply pressure on me to buy one of the higher end cars on the spot. I got so frustrated that I walked out of the place. Even though I have experienced pushy car salespeople before, this was one of my worst experiences. They were downright rude, thinking that they could intimidate a woman into buying a car which she didn't want.
