Honda World is a totally unscrupulous dealer! We got a quote on the Honda Fit just a few weeks before clunker program started. So as soon as the clunker rebate program started I pulled the cash from my 401 K to purchase the car cash out the door. We get there ready to buy the Fit and they had jacked the price up nearly $2000! They said since demand was up they had to raise the price. Then they proceeded to try and sell us an upgrade and refused to order the car I wanted at the price I had been quoted. We also were told we had to purchase extended warranty and Navigation. I was totally disgusted and told them where to put that car. I almost jumped ship from Honda all together because of how I was treated there! Honda World is a prime examplke of what gives car salesmen a bad name! Also same kind of crap at Honda Santa Ana and HB Honda. Hmmm, I wonder if they are the same owners?

I must agree with everyone else. I had the unfortionate exp. of purchasing a used Civic at Honda World. The staff all have bad attitudes. as well as the car i bought had several problem I did not notice untill after the car was purchaced. I had brought my car in thinking they would quickly reconize these things, instead i got " no your car seem to be in great shape and nothing was wrong with it..." I had then taken my car straight over to Honda in Buena park. right away what did the notice?? hmm cracked motor mount, cracked transmission mount, as well as a faulty sensor. I thought it rather disturbing that I had just broght this car in to the very same dealership i had bought it from and them telling me nothing was wrong at all. I do happen to know a few mechanics who have worked for honda world. They have expressed to me that the used cars are often times short changed to save money. I did buy my car "certified" (if that really means anthing)
HEED THE WARNINGS ON THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEART ACHE. BUENA PARK HONDA IS ONLY ANOTHER 10 MIN. DRIVE. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE ME RIGHT. I DO LOVE HONDA BUT WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HONDA WORLD OF WESMINSTER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I am so hurt to know there is such a dealership that steal people's money legally. I swear if I've ever read the reviews here, I would have never went to this dealership. Danielle Martin, I know you are the manager here, but wow, YOU DO SUCH A BAD JOB WITH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Let me tell you, the financial department is the worst. They will take your money (If they ask you, they want to install your alarm, tell them no thanks) Not to mention the alarms cost $1800 on a basic civic without alarm buttom inside the car. This was my WORST EXPERIENCE in purchasing a new car PERIOD. Thank you for ripping me off, no really. I'm so hurt and sad. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY BY GOING TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. Again I don't want anyone else to go through what I have. I'm not paid for writing this, I just don't want them to steal anyone elses money. Again WATCH THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT guys (BOTH STEVE) THEY WILL steal your money!

this is the worst place to buy a car. They have no idea what they are doing over there. There customer service sucks, their sale people suck even more. If you feel like throwing away 18,000 then go to this place. I wish that I say these reviews before I went to this dump. Danielle and Eric you guys need to get another job, casue the ones you have now you are horrible at.

I am so disappointed and angry at how HORRIBLE a dealership could be. I didn't know such a dealership existed like this one.
My family has been ripped off, they don't care about the customers, they lie, they put words in your mouth, and they make you wait and come back and forth for at least 3 days to get one question answered. Actually, none of my questions have even been answered. The contract we signed was their main source of power to do and say whatever the heck they wanted. We got ripped off? Too bad, you signed the contract. You got a scratch? OH my goodness, because we want to make you happy, we'll fix it, even though it probably was your fault (the guy actually said that to us). You have a question? Let me get this manager (repeated 4 times).

I came into Honda World to purchase a 2009 Civic LX and take advantage of the Cash for Clunkers deal. I was able to purchase the same Civic two months ago for my daughter at another dealership for roughly $17,500 so I expected to pay around $13,000 after the $4,500 government voucher. Some sales manager named Don repeatedly told me that it was impossible to purchase a Civic LX at that price so I told him I would return to the dealership I bought the other Civic from. He had a very condescending attitude and told me "If they can do it, we can do it" very slowly as if I was ignorant. I went to the other dealership and was able to walk out the door with a 2009 Civic LX for less than $13,000. Honda World has horrible service and the salespeople are very rude. I definitely recommend Hardin Honda in Anaheim. In just two months, they were able to help us purchase two 2009 Civic LX's for a very great price.

I bought my first car here many years ago when there was a whole different management team and the service was great. I went back the other day to purchase a new car, but realized all the old management was gone and they have a bunch of know it all kids trying to run the place like a guy who was probably 22 years old named Eric Ferenz and some blond girl named DANIELLE MARTIN who doesn't know what shes doing. I will never shop here again because of such poor and unprofessional management. I am sure sales have dramatically went down because of Honda worlds poor lack of management.

I bought a certified used car from this dealer on November 5th and 2 days later the antifreeze was leaking all over. I brought it in a month later when I had the time since the leak was slow and have been told that there is a crack in the radiator and it needs a new thermometer because the old one is broken. The total.nearly $800. I thought that they checked and fixed used cars before selling them. I guess these guys have found a nice way around the tough economic times and no longer sell reliable used cars. I just think it is plain old crooked, especially since the mechanic we brought it to after they gave us that total said that the crack is not newthat he believes it has been there for a while and has just been getting bigger. He said that they should have known this problem existed.

I emailed Joe Hernandez asked for a Honda Accord LX Auto sedan 2008 with a price of $18700. He replied back "ok, just come down and ask for me only; I will only offer it on this week". I got there and repeated the deal with him before he took me around. He said no problem. Then when I made a decision to pick on a color, he told me that he couldn't offer me at that price. I remined him of what he told him in email and today face-to-face conversation. He said he thought I meant honda 2007, which he could offer me at that price.
He's such a big liar. If he could offer me a honda accord lx auto sedan 07' at 18700, then why not 08'? He definitely told buyers fr last year that 07' invoice would be 20,000 as he told me today for the 08'.
He's disgusting, uneducated and unprofessional. He needs to go back school to earn some degree in order to manner himself welly. Now, I believe those car dealers are uneducated and are who have no education at all.
By the way, I found a website which ads same model/make for a price of 19,089. This means I could bargain it down couple more hundreds.
Well, be careful when dealing with those jerks. Sorry to call them names

We wasted several hours haggling with floor sales person and condescending "manager" only to get a better deal with no stress from Martha in internet sales. A few years later we returned to the lot to consider an Odyssey. Nothing had changed. We had a price in mind and the haggling started again. We ended up going to another dealer to purchase. We thought we were getting a good deal, but had to do the haggling again (don't go to Hardin Honda in Anaheim--worst car buying experience ever!). I called Martha after the fact out of guilt and she was gracious when she said she could have done the same deal. I referred my in-laws to Martha and they got a great deal. I will never work with floor people again at Honda World, or any dealer for that matter.

I called them to ask a question regarding a potential car purchase (if certain model is in stock now), but instead of answering my question, the assistant started asking for my personal information. When I resisted, he gave me a "well, we can't really tell" type of an answer and hung up on me. Throughout the talk he was mumbling a lot (as opposed to "speaking"), so it was not only difficult to understand but also quite insulting, and I felt offended. I would not dare to go there and do business with them.

Honda World is an ok dealership. But their customer service is bad! All they care about is making a sale! They dont give close attention to their customers. I recommend going else where for your entire car needs. Their prices are not the best in town and they normally try to rip you off.

The worst body shopper I ever saw. Recenetly I involved in an auto accident. I am with statefarm insurance. State farm suggested me to get repair any where I like. I preferred Honda world of west minister body shop because I expected they will put genuine material and they are professional in customer service. My expectations were completely wrong. The service I got is very worst. They charged me a lot compared to any body shopper. They didn't even cleaned my car. They didn't properly installed any o fthe material. When I brought this to their notice I have to argue with them 1 hour. I never saw such a worst service. I am totally dissatisfied. Again I have to look for another service station to get the things done properly.

My husband bought hisCivic here in '99 has returned to have his car serviced when it was needed. Not once have we had a problem of any kind, plus they offer to bring him home after he drops the car off. What a wonderful surprise to pick the car up & see that they have washed it! It's the little things that keep us going back.

Honda World is a great place to look for a new car. Honda World will pick you up from your house and drive you round trip. Their rest room is pretty well organized. Like another other dealer, their show rooms are always shock with the newest model. Their buy back of your old car is higher then other dealer around. I would recommend Honda World
to everyone who looking for a new car.

I want to buy a new car so I drop by Honda world. My car was total in a car accident. I called Honda World, they send a shuttle to my house to pick me up. I spended 3 hours there and finally found a great car with a great price. I would recommend anyone to give them a call if you are looking for a car.
