5 Stars: Best place for a quick getaway! (by Jeime B.)

For my daughter's 11th birthday, I decided to throw her 11th birthday party with three of her very closest friends. I booked a suite and we had a sleep over party. It was so remarkably special for her and her friends. They went swimming right when we checked in and did spa treatments inside the hotel room. We ordered dinner "room service" from the restaurant downstairs. They all loved the experience. The suites are not even that expensive. The suite had a bedroom, large bathroom and living area with a piano. So the girls all slept in the living room with their sleeping bags while I slept in the master bedroom. It was totally perfect! The next following day prior to checking out, they were able to take another swim.

I would highly recommend this to everyone for quick getaways or just day of relaxation with girlfriends...

4 Stars: (by Amy S.)

The Lafayette Park Hotel is a wonderful alternative to staying at a larger chain hotel. We stayed there for our wedding night and were very pleased. The rooms are not huge but they are very comfortable and very quaint. The shared areas of the hotel are all very nice as well. This is a great place for a business meeting or off-site. The hotel is very easy to get to; right off of the 24 freeway heading east towards Walnut Creek.
