signed up for the salvation army for 6 months. They promise you the world and work you like a slave for $3.00 a week yes $3.00 a week. They make you apply for food stamps to cover your food. They also sleep you 10 people to a small room. I stayed 30 day's and saw 90 people leave, Most were court ordered and they still left because it was so horrible. The bathroom stalls do not have doors on them. I could go on and on.If you are ever considering joining think twice. The captain at 1615 D street is also a joke. He will walk right by you and not even say hello. He is also scared to socialize

I shop here from time to time to get items to reconstruct with my sewing machine. The prices are relatively low but so is the quality of the store. It's hard to find what you're looking for and the store is often messy. Not up to the standard of other thrift stores in the area.

I find it really hard to find anything when I come here. To me, the furniture seems over priced and the clothing seems picked over. There is a parking lot with ample parking, and at least they still take donations. If for no other reason, you can always come here to drop off your old stuff.
