First Class Cleaners

These guys are very un-ethical. They have burned and loss my clothes. They are very rude and unprofessional. Do not use these guys as they are horrible operators and people.

I started using this cleaners because of a promotional offering to pick-up and deliver at my home with some discount cards ($1 off each item, $5 off order, etc.). I've stuck with it to recoup my initial outlay (to buy the discount cards) but it hasn't been a good experience. They have frequently not come when I've scheduled a pick-up. When I drop off they don't deliver when they are supposed to. They leave my clothes in the wrong spot. They have cheated me out of discounts and even claimed that they don't have my clothes after they have picked up. I'm shopping for a new service1
