NoƩ's cuisine is best described as progressive American with Japanese aesthetics. But because the culinary team selects the finest and freshest ingredients, the restaurant menu is always evolving according to the availability of the best possible meat, fish, and produce. Noe Restaurant is known for their inspired combinations of flavors, textures, ingredients and graceful touches that create one-of-a-kind cuisine. Noe's six or nine-course Tasting Menus ($65 and $95, respectively) come highly recommended for an extra-special evening, especially when the courses are paired with magnificent wine selections.

Wow!  4 Star Rating - Very good

I had heard through the grapevine that Noe has a new executive chef so I convinced my boyfriend to take me out to try the food. I was so impressed with the quality and service I experienced. I even made reservations for our new year's celebration! And word to the wise, apparently the seatings are filling up so I suggest to check out Noe sooner then later.

Very Average.. slightly disappointing given the decor and location 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

The food is decent, nothing too special or horrid. Service was pretty great and so were the desserts

Unbelievable Food! 5 Star Rating - World class

Was at Noe last night with my sister and cousin Diego for dinner. He is a manager at the hotel and had told me about this restaurant for a while so we decided to go. We had the 6 course dinner and it was unbelievable. The pairing of wines were on the spot. The service was great. They brought us 3 different kind of fresh rolls every 5 minutes with truffle butter that was very delicious. The manager Charles Lee introduced himself and asked if we needed anything or had any questions about the menu or wines that he would be happy to help. The waiter gave us a little bit of an introduction to every wine and why it was the perfect pairing with the next course. Also met the chef Glenn Ichii after our excelent dinner. Will be coming back for another great experience shortly.

Pros: Experience you will never forget!

DineLa reveiw of Noe's Omni Hotel 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

My husband and I heard about the three course deal in LA which is called
DineLa. There are about 100 Restaurants participating. We chose Noe at
the Omni hotel in Downtown, LA. Service was OK. Food tasted OK but there
was so little food that we left hungry. We had a choice of two items for each
course and we got different items so we can share and sample each others food.

On our main entrees I had Cornish Hen Roulade with Foie Gras. There were only three walnut size chicken breast on my plate. I did not even taste any Foie Gras on my chicken My husband had Bouillabaisse with wild fish and shellfish, his dish only had one shrimp, one mussel, one clam and two pieces of fish each only two inches long.

Needless to say we left hungry having spent over $100. We will not go back to Noe's again.

Great food. Great Decor. Horrible Customer Service. No warm fuzzies. 4 Star Rating - Very good

Great food. Great decor. But the service is horrible. The staff walks around like robots. No expressions of emotions. No smiles. Nothing. My party of 13 went there recently to dine. You would think, people would be happy that you selected their place to spend their money. The manager never came by and said hello or even asked what the occassion or how was the service. The executive chef did not out per my request at the end of our dinner and talked to us. That was cool.

Bottom line is the food is really good but they do need to work on the warm fuzzies for customer service.

Pros: Valet Parking was $5.00. Beautiful decor. Cigar lounge. Live music.
Cons: Service was horrible. Need warm fuzzies.

Great Spontaneous Tasting Menus! 5 Star Rating - World class

Chef Gadsby did an amazing job creating an on the spot menu! Wines were paired by the steward with skill and many by the glass options were unique. I've been several times and reservations are recommended during peak dining hours. However, if you can't get in, the full menu is served in the sizable lounge.
