Stay away!!! This place is a rip off. On 1-27-2011, I listened to an employee tell another customer that his front suspension bushings were bad, ball joints were loose, the steering gear needed to be rebuilt and the tires needed to be rotated. Total estimate was around $700.
When it was my turn, they told me the exact same things needed to be done. Rotate my tires? They were brand new and had 300 miles on them.
I did get the front end re-aligned and 15 minutes work to do this cost me over $100.00.
Stay away! Save your money!

Sorry you had a bad experience. We pride ourselves on customer safety and although I don't know the specifics of your complaint, but we would never recommend any unnecessary work.
Watch out! I took my 2003 Escape in for an alignment and they wanted to do $400 worth of work. I refused and took it to another place and found out nothing was wrong. Got new tires and an alignment at other place and now my car's alignment is great. Buyer Beware!! Would not recommend EC Alignment...Smith in San Diego

They help you evaluate your options so that you can make the best (most affordable) decision. Specializing in brakes and alignment, I was very pleased with the service and flexibility they provide. I recommend these guys to ALL my friends.
