Had a check engine light go on. Normally I take my car to the dealer but since it was last minute no appt, and there was a long line decided not to go. As I headed away noticed Purrfect auto no long line so I decided to give it a try. Boy was I sorry I did. They had a "special" to diagnose check engine light $49.00. To make a long story short..even though he diagnosed the problem he was unable to fix the problem. A bad fuel injector was to blame. After 8 cosecutive days of having the check engine light come on, and $500.00 THE PROBLEM REMAINED. So I just took it to the dealer after one day the problem was gone. The dealer advised me he used the wrong injector/after market with a stock coil. After another $480.00 from the dealer,I came back to Purrfect auto and showed them the dealers receipt, I asked for half the money back , he said/Andre Owner. That he would reimburse me for the fuel injector $89.00 only. Well I learned my lesson not to trust these small indepedant shops!!!

CONS: Incompetant service..equals money wasted
