I have been a customer of Time Zone for almost 20 years. I have purchsed a Tag Heur and 2 Movados watches from them as well as several inexpensive brands for gifts, etc. Their sales and service has always been first class. Their prices have been very competitive. I have been completely satisfied with he few repairs or replacements that I have needed.

One day, my watch stopped working so I decided to go to Time Zone which is on the corner of Adams and Harbor. I was told it did not work with the battery and it needed to be serviced. I told them I would think about it and so I decided to get a second opinion. I brought it to another store on Adams and Brookhurst, they did something to the watch and put a battery in it and it worked! Beware of Time Zone!

I purchased two Citizens watches from them and have been very satisfied. Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They seem to have a huge selection and will special order almost anything you want. Their prices are very competitive with other retailers in the area.
