Glenpro Beauty Ctr

Wow. Fantastic store. It was a bit of a dizzying experience. The store is large and the selection vast. It was almost like walking into a beauty supply supermarket. They even have it set up that way. The education was fun though. I learned how to color my own hair. It was my first experience but it came out pretty well. Also, my hair is starting to thin so I got some good tips to slow down the process. I figure I spent more than I initially intended but saving tons (not to mention my hair) in the long run!

Worst Customer Service...they only care about getting your money. they will offer you expensive products that's you don't even need and tell you how bad your hair is and how much you need the product just to get you to buy it. They change product prices whenever they want and try to make you think your getting the best deal ever....terrible place...ill never go here again. If you do not appreciate fake, ingenuine people trying to rip you off...then STAY AWAY from this dump

Good store. Found all the items I needed. They had a good selection of things you expected to find and a few things you didn't. Staff person helping knew what she was talking about. Girls are a little on the young side, but friendly. As for the store policy it is all a matter of expectations and I knew what I could and could not return by the time I walked out, not that I would ever return this kind of stuff. I've been to other supply store where nothing can be returned.

I read some positive reviews about this place and can't believe it's the same store. Don't waste your time. The staff is not knowledgeable and they have poor customer service. I tried to exchange hair clips for a different kind, and they refused. The clips were not used and I had extenuating circumstances which prevented me from returning them right away. I was honest about all of this. By the way, we are talking about $5. They made no exception. I felt that my situation WAS exceptional. At this store, The customer is NEVER right." The store might be big and carry lots of merchandise, but be very sure before you pay for anything. Once they have your money, it seems like ALL sales are final. My mother and I were regular customers even though I never liked their customer service. Well never again... And I will tell EVERYONE I know not to shop there...EVER!

Wow!!! Reading the comments made me want to go to the store and actually see how it is. It was my first time going to this store, Costumer Service is great and for does who are complaining about their store policy I think they are fair, because they have their reasons. I ended up spending over 100 dollars and i signed up for their rewards program which i think is a great way to save. I think people should avoid all these Ridicules comments and go see the store themselves. Thats what i Did!!!

Best beauty center ive been to. the girls are very helpful and they know alot about the products. they are very nice and welcome you and help you whenever you look confused. they pretty much have everything you need.

Great selection of haircare products, nail polish, an entire wall of hair color kits, styling tools (curling irons, straighteners, blow dryers), skincare, even wigs and false eyelashes! Make-up is a bit limited, but I did find an awesome hand lotion by OPI in Mocha Mint flavor - and I thought they only made nail polish. Prices are competitive - still cheaper than say, Sephora.

Some of the salesgirls are obviously still in high school maturity-wise, but if you shop in the mornings you'll probably score a knowledgeable person. Enroll as a member and you get 10% off purchases.

I'm used to shopping at the Pro Beauty Store in Pasadena. (I do not care to go to Hans). Unfortunately the Pro Beauty in Pasadena has been closed due to a fire. I tried several different beauty supply stores and was not satisifed with either the customer service or selection of those stores, at least until I tried Glenpro. A friend of mine told me to try it out. Loved the selection (you can find almost anything there) and the friendly atmosphere. Don't know why I didn't know about this store before. I thought the prices might have been a little high until I priced checked a few different stores. It turns out that the prices of many of the products I use have gone up in general. In fact, glenpro's prices are lower by about 50 cents and in some cases quite a bit lower, i.e. the Sebastian Shaper is only $8.99! I got one of their rewards cards and received a $25 gift certificate back by mail. Can't beat that! The only really bad is the distance, having to fight Glendale Blvd traffic, and the parking wasn't so great. Otherwise, would recommend this store to anyone.

Great store, nice and large. For the most part the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend; better shopping experience than most supply stores.

Great prices for beauty supplies. Store staff is "ok", but, on th other hand, staff offering salon servides is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
