Not very friendly at all!!! They could care less that they have your only car and no way back to get it if you miss the &quot;shuttle&quot; they send for you... Rather hard when your at the hospital getting test done (which you shared with them when you dropped it off) no understanding no concern no care in the world about you the paying customer. I will not go back to this location or any other &quot;wiley auto group&quot; location.. The people had unbelievable customer service and bent over backward to help me with anything I needed, including rides to and from the auto shop where my old car was towed and rides to my hotel to get settled. They even called after I purchased to make sure I made my destination ok. (I was driving cross-country) I completely recommend these guys.
