4 Stars: Authentic Korean Cuisine (by Mrs. B.)

This place has very authentic Korean cuisine. If you want to try Korean food, you should try New Seoul BBQ. If you already like Korean food, you will definitely enjoy this restaurant. They are in the process of obtaining their liquor license so they do not currently serve alcohol, but when they do it will only add to the experience.

PROS: Authentic Korean cuisine
CONS: $$ Pricey

4 Stars: Expensive but great food/atmosphere (by Natalie B.)

Seoul has all the standard dishes that a Korean BBQ should have, cooked on a grill in the middle of your table, which is fun. They are expensive though, because you pay for the novelty.

5 Stars: Grill it yourself Korean barbecue (by Tiffany P.)

Ever since college, I have been going to Seoul BBQ for my Korean food fix. This is a very family friendly establishment, and I have always gotten great service here. You have the option of ordering prepared food or grilling your own on a tabletop gas grill in front of you. My friends and I always order tastily marinated chicken and beef bulgogi for grilling at the table. The variety of side dishes are delicious, with potato salad and soybean sprouts being our favourites. Everyone receives a cooling dessert drink after their big dinner, and the option of picking an orange to go.

PROS: Cook to order yourself, lots of different flavours in the side dishes
CONS: Your clothes and hair will definitely smell like barbecue, limited parking

5 Stars: delicious korean bbq (by Katherine T.)

Who can resist bulgogi or kalbi. If you're in San Diego and craving some authentic Korean food, check Seoul BBQ out. What other korean restaraunt would give you bottled water and not charge you for it? Not only is their food delicious, their service is always quick and friendly. The atmosphere is really relaxing as well. Kick it with some friends or bring a date, this place is for everyone.
