Rude service. Chocolate is expensive and doesn't even taste that good.

My parents were visiting from overseas and I brought them to H&H. The place is gorgeous and a nice sight-seeing spot.

We craved for chocolate and went to Rocky Moutain Chocolate Factory and got 3 peanut bears (peanut clusters). The PEANUT WERE BAD AND NOT FRESH!!! We were very unhappy since we paid $6.18 for bad chocolates. They hesitated when we asked for an exchange and gave us back 2 peanut bears only (3 - 1 = 2?!) It is obvious that if we told them the peanuts were bad, they should have let us choose another item. We had to argue and they only offered us 2 truffles, which is only $1.85 each. Do the math! We further questioned them and the best they can do was to give us 3 truffles and we left very unsatisfied.

P.S. Truffles from Trader Joe's taste a million times better. For really good gourmet chocolate, try Leonidas in Old Town Pasadena. www.leonidas.com

PROS: Location
CONS: Unsatisfied chocolates cannot be refunded and exchanged.
