I took my dogs there and was very pleased. The staff was knowledgable and very nice. They cut my dog to my specifications and she came home clean and happy. She just loves to go there now. I would highly reccommend this place.

A couple of months ago I took my dog here to get groomed. They barely groomed him, overcharged me, and at first refused to give me change! They also kept about $40 worth of pet shampoo formulas I had brought with me as well. They were also very rude and left my dog quite traumatized, which is ironic considering how this is truly the nicest and most friendly dog I've ever encountered in my life. I'm the kind of person who doesn't pitch a fit when I receive the wrong order in a restaurant on a busy day. I honestly do let things go, so apart from the bad business experience with this place, I simply told myself (and the dog), "never again" upon closing the door behind me.

But it gets a lot worse. Not a week after this whole ordeal my dog began displaying symptoms of what turned out to be malassezia dermatitis, most likely caused by being nicked with dirty scissors. He had a very high fever and was rushed to the vet just in time to receive emergency steroid shots. After hundreds of dollars in veterinary treatment and medications my dog just now seems to be (hopefully) getting back to normal.

Please look into who you are taking your pets to, and tell as many people as you can to AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, at least until they are willing to stop their ethically questionable practices.

Pros: I guess not all pets are given diseases

Cons: My pet was one of the unlucky ones

This place butchered my beautiful purebred Chow Chow puppy. We took our puppy in for a trim because his hair was at least 5 inches long and when we picked him up, he was unrecognizable because they had shaved his body down, left his tail bushy, chopped up his mane to the point where there were random holes and gauges in it. It looked like a 3 year old attacked him. The worst part was all we asked for was a refund and the owner screamed at us, claimed that's what we requested and told us "to get over it since his hair will grow back in 4 months". Do not trust these people with someone as dear to you as your pet.

Pros: Somewhat Cheap

Cons: Don't follow requests, do not how to groom animals, horrendous customer service
