I have bought equipment from Paradise many times over several years, and had them to my home to install it and always have found them to be helpful, honest and they do exactly what you contract them to do, no unpleasant surprises. I have always worked with Warren. He used to have a store for many years but now only works by appointment and the quality of his service has only gotten better as a result. He is not an audio snob but very down to earth.
I am especially happy with the custom remote control he recently programmed for me. I no longer have to juggle 5 different remotes and it works fantastic!
I had used several different AV companies with unsatisfactory results but Paradise has never disappointed.

Warren the owner of Paradise Audio and Video came out to my house and was very knowledgable and very professional. I hired them after getting bids from several different competitors even though they weren't the cheapest, but not anywhere near the most expensive either, and they were clearly the most knowledgeable and the quality of their brands was really superior. I am very happy with the system they sold me. I am very picky and these guys were right on with their advise. They stuck to my budget and changed their schedule several times to accommodate me. They don't have a store but come out to your home like other contractors.

Paradise Audio & Video provides quality professional custom work to make your home theatre the best movie experience. I have seen jaw dropping custom home theatre systems that you would see at celebrities homes. They have a great staff of designers who know how to make your dream home theatre. They only work with quality products so you know you'll be getting the best equipment money can buy.

Ive only visited this store once when it first opened at the new location at El Paseo de Saratoga near the AMC theaters. I went in looking for an Anthem pre/pro to look at and at least a in-store demo. I waited around for 10 minutes and the guy behind the counter seemed to act like I wasnt there. So I finally walked up to the counter and asked a few questions. All I got for answers were yes or no. On top of that, they wouldn't let me listen to the Anthem unit wanted to look at because it was "not set up yet" (it was in a rack looking like it was hooked up to at least a pair of speakers). I guess they didnt want the bother so I didnt either to this day.
