The worst customer service I've ever received on any level anywhere. They just try to pass you on and move quickly. After 4 times attempting to get my phone (under warranty) replaced. It finally was sent to the wrong address. When I asked to speak to a manager, the cocky condescending kid told me it was not a manager issue. The most appalling display of customer service ever. I think when corporate receives my detailed letter, he may think otherwise. It's probably his example of blowing you off and moving on quickly, as to why their service sucks. It could have been resolved on my first visit, if someone would have listened to me instead of talking at me. 4 visits and 4 seperate people to get a simple problem resolved. They know where to send my bill just not the phone. Or maybe if they would have slowed down and took time to verify info they would have gotten it right, So in all I got a battery I didnt need, a charger I didnt need (oh it wasnt under warranty although I bought it with the phone), and my phone took 3 weeks to get. I had to contact fed ex and track it down

# In short this store is terrible and it's a good indicator to me as to how Verizon is failing. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid this store at all costs, you might consider avoiding Verizon at all costs, I'd recommend Sprint maybe? Not AT&T though, there service is extremely unreliable. For further information on how this store failed me, read below.

I have repeatedly been given the run around here. It started when my DROID was acting weird and I called them to ask them what I could have done when I came in. The girl there Cristina said she would transfer me to tech support for help. Tech support turned out to be a call center, and told me she could have done anything that they could do for me. They were confused as to why she transferred me.

So, I then physically went to this Verizon location and explained to one of the staff there what was going on. They then directed me over to the Tech Support area in the store where Cristina would help me...the same Cristina who transferred me to the Tech Support call center to "give me more information". I can only assume Cristina forwarded me to the call center because she was too lazy to do her job.

We talk about my phone and no matter what i said was wrong with it, she just told me it was the software update...or that I needed to do a factory reset (something I had done previously on my own). After trying to convince me it would be fixed now, she finally agreed that a replacement might be in order. She only agreed to this because I explained that what had been happening was random and I hadn't been able to track down the steps to reproduce it. They told me I had to use my current glitchy DROID while the new one shipped to me. I said that was fine, not ideal, but I would manage. When I got the new phone, it was already broken. I took it in to the store and they kept asking me questions about if I charged the phone and saying that the lack of charge was what was wrong with the phone. Finally, they agreed that the hardware was broken on the NEWLY SHIPPED PHONE. They offered to send me another refurbished replacement...

I explained how I failed (and still do) to understand why I am being punished when I haven't done anything wrong, my phone has never been dropped or anything such as that. They said they just can't give me another phone right then, nor could they give me a comparable phone that moment.

So I asked to speak with the manager....I watched him pass me by five times after the person helping me went in the back to get him for me. She stayed in the back while he was walking around me, it was as if they were trying to trick me into not knowing who the manager was...even though I KNEW WHO HE WAS!

This whole time I kept apologizing because I was honestly not trying to be a pain, I was just frustrated with the lack of service. All I wanted was a phone that was reliable and still had the same features that are key to my productivity at work. (I work for myself, it's extremely important that my phone be reliable)

The person helping me returned and told me the manager was not going to come and speak with me but instead was going to mail me a Droid 2....This is when I got really frustrated, all I wanted was to get some resolution, I needed a phone that worked and this is not resolution. I honestly didn't care if I got an original DROID as long as it WORKED! I am not a freeloader trying to get freebies.

So in the end I got no resolution, they are sending me another refurbished garbage phone that hopefully works this time. An upgraded phone doesn't make up for the inconvenience thus far. This review is excluding the run around they gave my girlfriend when she went there with a problem. I am honestly appalled!

It seems to me that Verizon Wireless has terrible service only California. Why is that?! California is sixth in the WORLD??S economy. This is where Verizon Wireless should be focusing a lot of their business. Just think of the revenue they would make from ??happy? customers by opening more stores and having more cooperative employees. I??m from Memphis and Verizon??s service is perfect there (even all the cities around Memphis). The employees are always smiling and ready to lend a hand. I got my internet access card (or air card) there in less than 25 minutes! I was even told where exactly in the city the card wouldn??t have such a perfect signal.

Verizon has the worst service in their stores and the lines are always long. Verizon can get away with it though because the company knows they have people who want their product.

Unfortunately, they typically get you into a contract for 2 years and if you break it early, you'll pay big bucks. I've been with Verizon over 10 years and it does nothing to have seniority. I'm counting the days when my contract expires and I can switch companies.

I went in to get a repair on my cell phone, and I waited for about a half hour in line with only 2-3 people in front of me. I am angered with their slowsservice, and I will not return.

Absolutely horrible service and everyone is extremely rude. I highly recommend going to another verizone store if possible just because the employees here are so demeaning.
