They keep everything really neat and clean. Most all staff is friendly and they clear plates and table pretty quickly. <br />They also have some very good soups. But, this was the first one I ever visited, perhaps because it is across the street from Barnes n Noble. This place is a super salad bar with dozens of fresh selections. Not only are the usual standbys present but items such as edemate and jicama are always available. In the diningroom itself there are baked potatoes, pasta, pizza, fresh breads and a variety of desserts.
